Human Resources Management in Siberia 2003

The first regional exhibition and conference Human Resources Management in Siberia 2003, brought to you by the companies SibAncor and SibCongress, took place on 15-16th of October 2003 in Novosibirsk, Russia.

Conferences and exhibitions focused at the discussions of the Human Resources Management related issues are a wide-spread world business practice. Though such events have already been organized in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the forum was the first ever organized in Siberia.

The event brought together: Conference and Exhibition. The event's schedule included presentations and seminars conducted by acknowledged HR Management experts, reports from the participants, consultations and offers for HR managers. The visitors of the exhibition and the conference's participants were directors, top managers, executives, and HR experts from different companies working across entire Western Siberia.

The conference's purpose was to review various methods and approaches to the evaluation of the overall performance of HR Services in Russian companies. This included the analyses of both HR divisions activities as a whole and the functioning of its particular strands such as training, development, hiring, etc.

The conference's key speakers were prominent HR experts from Moscow and Novosibirsk, including:

• Flow of documents (IT-Consulting Ltd., IT-SErvice Ltd. - documentation flow software, trainings for the staff responsible for this part of work, etc.);
• Specialized information resources (regional media, Internet-resources etc.).

HR Management in Siberia 2003 Conference and Exhibition was to attract the best delegate and visitor audiences and did provide an opportunity to learn about modern trends HR management and the labor market, to communicate face to face with potential clients and employers, to share experience with colleagues, and to discuss HR problems with acknowledged professionals.
